Our service uses a credit-based pricing system called Dental Coins (D₵) to access the various services.
The D₵ can be purchased in the store of the site by packs and the unit price of a D₵ depends on the size of the pack. The cost in D₵ of making a model depends on the complexity of the treatments (1 D₵ = 1 simple model for orthodontics).
Note that it is possible at any time to request the reimbursement of its D₵ credit and that they have a validity period of 3 years.

FAQ Pricing
1°) Pricing and purchase of D₵?
Our pricing solution relies on the use of credits, called Dental Coins (D₵), to access the various features of our tool. Dental Coins are used to pay for the treatments to make the models you want to use. The number of D₵ needed for each treatment or model varies depending on the complexity of the treatments and the time they save.
Rates vary depending on the amount of D₵ purchased (the size of the pack). The more D₵ in the pack, the better the unit price of the D₵. If your needs go beyond the standard packages, you can contact us for a customized quote.
The cost of making a model depends on the time it saves the user. The more complex a model is and the more tasks it can perform, the more it will cost in D₵. For example, making a simple model like the one used for orthodontics will only cost a D₵, whereas a more complex model like the one used for braces will cost more. The cost of making a model will be clearly displayed before it is launched, once you have defined its parameters. This will allow you to decide if you want to do it or not.
D₵ are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. You will be notified by email 30 days before their expiration. You will then have 3 months after the expiration date to request a refund.
Unused D₵ can be used for future purchases or refunded at no cost if you wish to discontinue using our tool (see refund procedure below).
It depends on the number of numerical models you make and their complexity. In general, we advise you to buy packs corresponding to a consumption of about 3 months to benefit from interesting rates.
No, there are no hidden fees or additional costs associated with using our SaaS solution. All costs are included in the D₵ price. In particular, there are no costs associated with the use of our trial, which is totally free and without obligation.
If prices change, unused D₵ will still be valid. We will notify you in advance of any price changes.
Only the primary user of an account (the one who created the account and took advantage of the trial offer) has access to the management dashboard and can purchase D₵. The primary user can create as many secondary profiles as needed but secondary users cannot purchase D₵.
We will notify you three months in advance of any changes in treatment prices. Anyway, if you don’t find our offer interesting anymore, you can get your money back at any time.
2°) Use and follow-up of D₵.
You can use your D₵ to access all the features of our SaaS solution. Each completion of a model consumes a variable number of D₵, but you will be informed of this amount before you make it.
You can track your D₵ consumption by logging into your customer account. The remaining D₵ credit is displayed at the top right of the tool interface. You can also find the consumption history with the user concerned the number of D₵ used.
You will still be able to access the tool, but you will no longer be able to initiate digital fingerprint creation. If you are the primary user of the account, you will be able to access the management dashboard to purchase new D₵ credits.
3°) Commitment and refund
If you are not satisfied with a product model, you can report it as incorrect in the results list by providing a description of the error. The relevant D₵ will then be automatically refunded to you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will do our best to improve our algorithms as quickly as possible to address this issue.
Yes, you can request a refund of your remaining D₵ at any time. Simply contact our customer service to request a refund. It is important to note that reimbursements will be made according to the original payment terms i.e. at the actual feed-in tariff and not the current value of the D₵. This refund may take up to 30 days to process. Please note that any D₵ used will not be refundable.
Absolutely you can stop using our services at any time and request a refund of the unused D₵ credit at no cost.
4°) Payment and payment options
You can buy D₵ online using the “Shop” link found in the dashboard in “My Account”. Please note that this is only possible for the main user of a company.
We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer and check. We can also discuss other payment options such as direct debit to suit your needs.
Yes, we offer bespoke discounts for purchasing large quantities of D₵. Please contact us to discuss our special offers.
5°) Billing
Invoices are generated upon receipt of payment for a package. It can therefore be found in the invoice history as soon as the payment is made by credit card or upon receipt of the check or proof of transfer.
On refund, a credit note is generated in the amount of the number of unused D₵ booked at their purchase price. This credit will be refunded to you within one month.
To retrieve the invoice history, you must be the primary user of the account and go to the management dashboard. You will find the list of invoices that you can print.
